Atul Subhash case: Family’s story and the truth of son’s life. Many shocking facts have come to light in the suicide case of AI engineer Atul Subhash. On the complaint of his brother Vikas Subhash, the police have arrested Atul’s wife Nikita Singhania, her mother-in-law Nisha, and brother-in-law Anurag on charges of abetting him to commit suicide.

Child’s condition

Nikita Singhania has told the police that her four-year-old son is studying in a boarding school in Faridabad and she told that a relative is currently taking care of the child. However, contradictory information has come to light in this regard.

Confusion in the family

Nikita’s uncle Sushil Singhania said that he has no information about the child. He has even denied the news published in a newspaper which said that the child is with him. But this is not so. Sushil clarified that neither does he know the name of the child nor does he have any information about his place of residence.

Grandfather’s struggle

Atul Subhash’s father Pawan Subhash is very worried about the protection of his grandson. He has written a letter to the police, the President, and the Prime Minister saying that I request you with folded hands to ensure the safety of the child. Pawan says that he wants to keep his grandson under his care and I am making every possible effort for this.

Status of police investigation

Inspector Gyanna Deva of Bengaluru Police and Inspector Rajneesh Kumar of Jaunpur are investigating the case and along with this they have said that we will definitely get the culprits punished. Officials have confirmed that the child is in a boarding school in Faridabad, but there is contradiction in the information received from other family members in this regard.

What is the way forward?

The investigation and legal process is getting complicated due to the ongoing tussle between the child’s guardian and the family and along with this everyone is worried about the child’s current condition and his future.

After Atul Subhash’s suicide, the allegations against his wife and in-laws have put the entire family in a difficult situation.
