England have secured automatic promotion to League A by winning Group B2. However, there is still excitement ahead with matches scheduled in March and June.

Draw schedule and procedure

The promotion/relegation play-offs will be held in two legs: one match at home and the other away. – If the team from the higher league wins, both will remain in their respective leagues.
- If the team from the lower league wins, the teams will switch places.
