Pakistan-Based Terrorists Declared Fugitives: Magistrate Orders Action on Property
Strict action by Jammu and Kashmir administration: 14 terrorists declared fugitives in Pakistan In a significant development, 14 individuals, including a woman from the Kotranka subdivision of Rajouri district, have been declared fugitives by the court. These individuals reportedly traveled to Pakistan years ago to become terrorists and have not returned since.
The Munsif Judicial Magistrate First Class in Kotranka issued the order following a request from SHO Kotranka, who sought permission to declare these individuals as fugitives and take action under the 2/3 Amico (Aggression and Internal Movement Control Ordinance) for a case registered in 2011.
Despite multiple warrants issued against them, the accused remain untraceable. The court, considering the gravity of the matter, directed the accused to surrender to the police or appear before the court within 30 days. Failing this, all movable and immovable properties belonging to them will be confiscated.
Public Declaration
To reinforce the court’s directive, Kotranka police made public announcements in the local market, including beating drums, to inform residents of the declaration.

Kala (Resident of Dhar Sakdi)
Jabir Hussain (Resident of Kanthol)
The court’s firm stance underscores the seriousness of the charges and serves as a warning to individuals engaging in anti-national activities. The situation highlights ongoing efforts to combat terrorism and safeguard national security.
