Manali-like cold in Mount Abu

The effect of winter is increasing rapidly in Mount Abu, located in Sirohi district of Rajasthan. But this hill station is now experiencing cold like Manali in Himachal Pradesh. The minimum temperature of Mount Abu was recorded at 4.4 degrees Celsius on Monday, which clearly shows the effect of winter there.

On the other hand, the minimum temperature of Manali has reached 1 degree Celsius, which makes it even colder. Meteorological department experts say that the temperature of Mount Abu is also likely to fall to 1 degree Celsius in the third and fourth week of December.

Increasing effect of winter in Mount Abu

Mount Abu is the only hill station in Rajasthan, and in winter it becomes a center of attraction for tourists. Due to cold winds and low temperature, Manali-like cold is also being felt here.

According to the Meteorological Department, the temperature of Mount Abu may fall even more in the coming days. Experts have warned that the temperature may fall rapidly at night, due to which tourists and local residents need to be more cautious

The temperature of cities like Bhilwara, Dabok (Udaipur), Chittorgarh, Anta Baran, Karauli, Jalore, Pilani, Sikar, Sangaria, Churu, Jaisalmer, Vanasthali (Tonk), Alwar, Bikaner and Ganganagar also reached below 10 degrees Celsius. The mercury is also continuously falling in Ajmer and Nagaur. The Meteorological Department has also issued an alert of cold wave in 11 cities. These include Baran, Bundi, Chittorgarh, Jhunjhunu, Karauli, Sikar, Udaipur, Churu, Hanumangarh, Jalore and Ganganagar districts.
