Railways gave the gift of new schemes: UP, Maharashtra and MP will benefit The Union Cabinet has approved multi-tracking projects to improve the railway network in UP, Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh at a cost of Rs 7927 crore. These projects will make travel easier and simpler, reduce transportation costs and contribute to protecting the environment. Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnav gave information about these projects. Everyone was very happy to hear this information.

Railways gave the gift Major projects :

Manmad to Jalgaon (160 km, Rs 2,773 crore):
A new four-lane rail route which will maximise the capacity of the railway network and make travel hassle-free for passengers.

Bhusaval to Khandwa (131 km, Rs 3,514 crore):
Third and fourth railway lines will be laid, which will improve both freight and passenger services.

Prayagraj (Iradatganj) to Manikpur (84 km, Rs 1,640 crore):
The third line project, which will ease the travel of passengers between Prayagraj and Varanasi. Passengers will not face any problem in commuting.

Railways gave Benefits to travellers and tourism:

Better connectivity to religious places:
Travel to Jyotirlinga places like Nashik (Trimbakeshwar), Khandwa (Omkareshwar), Varanasi (Kashi Vishwanath) will become easier and safer.
Pilgrims visiting religious places like Prayagraj, Chitrakoot, Gaya and Shirdi will get more facilities.

It will be easier and safer to reach major tourist destinations like Khajuraho, Ajanta-Ellora Caves, Devagiri Fort, Asirgarh Fort, Yawal Wildlife Sanctuary, Keoti Falls, and Purva Falls.
