Arrest of the accused and police investigation
The Mumbai Police has arrested the accused in the case of attack on Saif Ali Khan. The accused has been identified as Shariful Islam Shahzad Mohammad Rohilla Amin Fakir. The accused has been sent on remand till January 24 by the Mumbai Police.
According to the police, the accused entered Saif’s house with the intention of theft. During this incident, Saif had a fight with the maid and when Saif intervened, the accused attacked him. In this case, the police have recreated the scene and furthered the investigation.
