Suicide case in Bengaluru: Student dies after falling from 7th floor A tragic incident has come to light in Geddalhalli area of Bengaluru. And on Sunday, a 16-year-old boy died after allegedly jumping from the seventh floor of his apartment. Police investigated the matter on Monda.
The reason for suicide is not yet clear
According to the police, the deceased was a first year student of a pre-university course and studied in a famous school in Bengaluru. However, it is not yet known who is behind this suicide and who did it. A senior police officer has said that we are investigating the reasons behind the incident and they are sure that their killers will be given the harshest punishment.
Case of student suicide in Kota too
Cases of student suicide are increasing rapidly and recently a 16-year-old student also committed suicide in Kota, Rajasthan. The deceased was identified as Vivek Kumar, who was studying in a hostel in Kota to prepare for the Engineering Entrance Examination (JEE).
Statement of parents
Vivek’s father Indra Kumar has told that his son was very good in studies and was always positive. On the day before the incident, he had said in the morning that he would not go to coaching and would study in the hostel itself. But the same night he committed suicide by jumping from the sixth floor of the hostel.
Increasing cases of suicide
Increasing cases of suicide among teenagers and students have highlighted a serious social problem and this situation is becoming worrisome due to their mental health and increasing pressure on students.
Police appeal
The police have started an in-depth investigation in both the cases and have appealed to the people to pay attention to the mental health of their children and not ignore the symptoms of any kind of stress.
