This fraud started in the year 2017, when Subhash Pasi met businessman Akshay Agarwal at Royal Cafe in Lucknow. Akshay Agarwal had done a property deal with Pasi and then he also introduced him to Railwayganj businessman Prakash Chandra Gupta. After this, he introduced him to Excise Minister Nitin Agarwal’s sister Ruchi Goyal, and this was the occasion when Pasi cheated her too.
Former MLA Subhash Pasi introduced himself as a trusted property dealer, but he did a complete fraud in his real estate transaction. Under this fraud, Ruchi Goyal was cheated of about Rs 49 lakh.
Pasi, along with his wife, ran this fraud chain, and made the affected persons believe that they were involved in legitimate property deals. However, it was later clear that it was a well-planned scheme, aimed only at grabbing money.
This incident has increased the severity of property-related fraud in the state, and so far many influential people have fallen prey to this fraud.

Arrest of former MLA Subhash Pasi: FIR registered in fraud case going on since 2017
As soon as a fraud case going on since 2017 was revealed, an FIR was registered in 2023, and now former MLA Subhash Pasi has been arrested. He was sent to jail on Thursday. The case is related to Subhash Pasi, a resident of Malviyanagar Saidapur in Ghazipur and a two-time MLA from the Samajwadi Party.
Subhash Pasi contested the 2022 assembly elections on a BJP ticket from the Nishad Party quota, but lost. Earlier, he was involved in various fraud incidents by introducing himself as a property dealer in Mumbai. Businessman Akshay Agarwal has stated in the FIR lodged that in July 2017, he was having dinner with his two companions at Royal Cafe in Lucknow, where he met Subhash Pasi and his wife Reena Pasi. Subhash introduced himself as a resident of Patelwadi Santakunj in Mumbai and later showed the maps of the flat.
In August 2017, Subhash Pasi offered businessman Akshay Agarwal to buy a flat in Mumbai, and a payment of Rs 2 crore was fixed for this deal. Since then, the matter had become a victim of fraud.
Now, after the FIR was filed, the police have taken action and arrested Subhash Pasi. This arrest is the beginning of justice in this pending case, and it proves that even crimes hidden for a long time are eventually exposed.
After the FIR was filed in this case, Subhash Pasi has now been sent to jail, and the investigation of the case is going on.

After this, an FIR of fraud was registered in this case.
Subhash Pasi had also cheated Ruchi Goyal of Rs 49 lakh through businessman Prakash Chandra Gupta. Separate FIRs were registered in both the cases. Apart from this, the police also imposed Gangster Act against Subhash Pasi and Reena Pasi, but they repeatedly avoided arrest. And Mumbai Police also went many times, but they were not caught by the police.
The team of Superintendent of Police Neeraj Kumar Jadoun arrested Subhash Pasi from Mumbai on Tuesday and brought him to Hardoi after presenting him before the magistrate. On Thursday, he was produced in the court and sent to jail. At present, the police is looking for Reena Pasi, who was supporting Subhash Pasi in this fraud.
