Arshad was caught in a robbery case in Behat police station of Saharanpur district. ADG Zone had announced a reward of ₹1 lakh on him. Arshad had maximum cases of serious crimes like robbery, dacoity and murder registered against him.
Identification of other criminals
The other criminals killed in this encounter have been identified as Manjeet and Satish, while the fourth criminal has not been identified yet.
Inspector Sunil injured
In this encounter, STF Inspector Sunil was injured in the firing by the criminals during the encounter. He has been referred to the hospital in Gurugram district in critical condition. His condition is currently said to be stable.
